We ship to most countries. Our shipping prices vary depending on your location and what products you're purchasing. The best way to calculate shipping is by adding the products to your cart and using the Shipping Estimator on the cart page.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your order is guaranteed to ship within 5 business days or we will send you a store credit for $25. More than a half of our orders are shipped from our distributors within 3-4 days business days information. Non-US orders will arrive in 1-4 weeks.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item for a refund or store credit. Returns must be received by Historically Black Apparel within 14 days of your delivery date to receive a refund. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, just store credit to use on another item or an exchange.
Our return policy is simple: If you didn’t wear it and didn’t wash it within 14 days, you can return it. Oh, and items must also be in the original packaging!
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
To return your product, please do not mail your product to the return address on the packing slip. Contact us and we’ll provide the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
